Great view, good location, friendly staff, value for money, delicious breakfast, comfortable accommodations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Location is very good. All very clean.

Too cold in the room, which would be solved with an additional blanket for the night. But there was no rug in the room. Coffee for breakfast was dreadful.

The hotel offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere with Venetian-style design. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to all main sightseeing attractions. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. 

The best part of the hotel is its location, close to the train station, on the main street and easy access to Vaporato and other tourist hangouts. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge and other activities.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Venice, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. You can easily reach the airport or the islands around Venice from the nearby terminals of Guglie

This is a great buy. No one can expect better in Venice for that price. People have criticized the breakfast, but believe me, in more expensive hotels it is the same. This is how breakfast is in Italy. Great geographical situation, walking distance to everything and close to the calm streets
